INTRODUCTION

Culture reflects the overall personality of an organization. It embraces into themselves various principles, values and assumptions. It is the duty of each and every member to comply with the culture and standards of an organization. There may be different adaptation of culture in diverse business. Say for instance, culture of companies driving for profit will be different in comparison with universities or education departments. The culture of the organization is being fashioned by the traits and styles of leaders. They are regarded as the cream of crops. The value system of the company is being reflected by the leader’s working style and body language. For providing abundant opportunities to all its stakeholders, firms must foster ethical and collaborative culture. In this era of globalization, the level of competition is increased among the companies. Now, business concerns are extending their reach all across the globe. In such a state, they are in great need to differentiate themselves from the other firms in the market. Today, only those firms will succeed, which are conducting their business as per the value system and culture of a particular nation (Adler, 2001).
An assortment of values, Beliefs, thoughts and customs of people living in a fastidious area is being encompassed by the national culture of a specified country. People from varied nation and traditions combine to work under the same umbrella in order to accomplish the common goals of the company. With diversity in culture, most of the people have varied traditions, opinions and values in their thinking process. If this diversity is in terms of nations than it is more obvious that culture will be in accordance with that particular area and company need to adopt common principles for their successfulness.
